Complete beginners receive a full safety briefing and saddle introduction before setting off. Experienced riders can request a faster pace with cantering along the open shore and through the surf.
The route follows the Atlantic edge before winding inland through argan groves and quiet Berber paths that no bus tour can reach. On clear evenings, the sunset paints the Atlas foothills in the distance — a view unique to this stretch of the Souss-Massa coast.

No experience is needed at all. The sunset beach ride is specifically designed to welcome first-timers. Our horses are calm and well-trained on the flat sand, and your guide walks alongside you the entire time.
If you have ridden before, tell us your level when booking — we will match you to a horse that suits your confidence.
All levels welcomeChildren from 7 years old are welcome on the sunset horse ride. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Young children can ride in front of a parent on the same horse. There is no upper age limit.
From age 7Yes — we can arrange a pick-up from Taghazout, Taghazout Bay, Tamraght, or Agadir for your group. Just mention your accommodation when you book, and we will confirm the details by WhatsApp.
Transport on requestClosed-toe shoes are required — sandals and flip-flops are not suitable. Long trousers are recommended to avoid rubbing against the saddle. A safety helmet is provided for every rider.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light layer for the evening breeze after sunset. Avoid loose or flowing clothing that could catch on the saddle.

Head south on the N1 coastal road. Banana Beach is on your right just past Aourir village.
From Agadir
Take the N1 north toward Taghazout. Banana Beach is signed on your left before reaching Aourir.
From Tamraght
Walk north along the beach or take a 3-minute drive on the N1. Banana Beach is the next beach up the coast.
